Once you sign up, you'll get your very own occupancy agreement for a fully furnished room in our awesome coliving space. Your room is super secure with a digital lock entry, ensuring your privacy. Plus, the whole house, including all the bedrooms, are fully equipped and furnished for your ultimate convenience. Say goodbye to heavy lifting and removalists—just grab your suitcase and toothbrush, and you're all set!

FORTNIGHTLY CLEANING

Each fortnight the common areas of each coliving home are cleaned. This cost is included in your rent. We know your time is precious and we want it to be spent doing the things you enjoy!

BILLS INCLUDED

To add an exra layer of convenience your rent includes a weekly allowance for utilities, water, wifi and the cleaning of common areas. This means you can budget effectively knowing each week what you can and can’t spend.

COMMON CONSUMABLES SUPPLIED

Say goodbye to the hassle of buying shared consumables! We've got you covered with items like bin bags, sponges, and dishwashing liquid supplied to each household. This means you can save your hard-earned money for the things you truly desire! FAQ

How many people live in each house?

In Western Australia, the maximum limit for unrelated individuals living in a house is 6. Our houses are designed to accommodate a range of 4 to 6 people, ensuring we meet the state’s regulations and provide a comfortable living space for our residents.

What is included in my rent each week?

You have the flexibility to pay rent on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, depending on what suits you best. Rent payments cover all utilities, Wi-Fi, and the cleaning of common areas every fortnight, with a $20.00 per week allocation. Additionally, basic supplies like sponges, dishwashing liquid, and bin bags are all included in the rent for your convenience.

Will I have a private shower and toilet?

The majority of our rooms come with private ensuite facilities. However, we also offer rooms with shared bathrooms, typically available at a lower weekly rent compared to the private ensuite rooms.

Can I make changes to my room?

We take pride in the high standards of styling and furnishing in our rooms, and we aim to maintain them as provided to you. Nevertheless, we welcome you to talk to the property manager about any special requests you might have before submitting your application. After all we want this to feel like home!

Can I have friends or my partner over?

Absolutely! We love it when you have friends or partners over. While having visitors is totally fine and encouraged, we do need to adhere to council and fire regulations, which means, unfortunately, overnight visitors aren’t allowed. Also, for everyone’s safety, please ensure that your visitors are accompanied by you at all times while they’re in the house.

Who else lives in the house - age, culture, gender?

The property manager conducting the viewing of the home/room will be capable of answering that question for you. Our property managers possess great expertise in matching housemates, so if you are offered a room, you can rest assured that you will be a perfect fit with the current housemates.

How long is the Agreement?

Our leases are a minimum of six (6) months and can also be twelve (12) months. Each tenant in the house will receive their own individual occupancy agreement.

What happens if there is excess bills at the property?

While you have a budget for bills, there might be rare occasions where excessive utility use at the property might necessitate a partial payment towards bills. This situation is infrequent, especially if housemates are considerate and mindful of their power usage.

If there are fortnightly cleaners, does it mean I don’t have to do any cleaning?

To keep our environments peaceful and friendly, we’ve crafted some awesome House Rules. It’s important to clean up after yourself always, such as washing, drying, and putting away your dishes. Additionally, we kindly ask that you take out the kitchen bin every two days and the main bin to the roadside on your rostered turn. Your cooperation in maintaining these rules ensures a harmonious living space for everyone!

Are rooms covered by the Residential Tenancy Act?

Rooms in our coliving properties are not governed by the Residential Tenancy Act; rather, they fall under the jurisdiction of common law due to their unique design.
